Hi all,
Trying to find a good gpu upgrade for a mate of mine. He has an Alienware X51 i believe with a 330w psu external. Has the GTX 745 that just runs off a PCIe slot and i want to upgrade him to something with more grunt.
Im wondering if the MSI GTX 950 OC 2G that requires 90 watts and a 6 pin will run ok. The specs state a minimum 350 watt psu but the 330w is as big as they get for alienware externals.
CPU is a i7 4790 (non K)
