I'm building my first gaming/ multitasking (gaming/skyping/spotify/internet) and was wondering if this build was any good; any suggestions for improvements on any of the parts listed. Also Id like to have the option to Over Clock the system by 10%-20%

I'm pretty lost on the motherboard and GPU aspect since im not sure which 980ti would be the best and which motherboard would be good at a about 210 dollars max price.

-the thermal compund is not needed its already really good, but if u want those 4 degrees extra cooler get the mx4.
- went with a more expensive/ebtter mobo fot that i got a 250gb ssd and a 1tb hdd.
just install windows and programs on the ssd and store ur files on the hdd. or get the 500gb one if u got the money.
-another case its cheaper and just as good. but ofc taste can vary

the rest is solid

Everything looks good on the build you listed OP. The only thing you might want to consider is getting a higher capacity PSU in case you ever want to go multi-GPU. If so, then you'd want to get at least an 850W supply; if not, then the build is perfectly fine as is and you're all set.
