need help in selecting right psu ?

I am building a gaming pc. My specs --
I5 6500
Gigabyte Ga b150m d3h
Zotac gtx 970
Ripjwas skill v 8gb ram
Corsair carbide spec 03 case
1tb wd hdd
,,, now i Need help in choosing the psu i am on tight budget around rs 4000 for psu ,, shall I go for corsair or cooler master psu ??? Please help me out.

For a little more, you can pick up a Seasonic S12II 520. It will be much more reliable than the others you're considering.

Can i go with seasonic 430w ,, will there be any problem ,,, i am not going to overclock the card

The 430watt S12II? I know what's said,that the gtx 970 needs a 550watt psu,but i think that should work fine.The cpu isn't that power hungry and if you use a gtx 970 that uses 2 6pin pcie connectors should it imo work good.A card like this one,

according to the specs this one only uses 145watts,which isn't that much as well.
