it is the same exact game but the 390 and your cpu should be pumping it out at the best it can be. What kind of tv are you using.

my best advice is to make sure your monitor is correctly set up and that your pc is pumping out the best signal. Like mine i play at 4:4:4 at 4k and its insanely noticeable when its not set up correctly.
