Hi do i need to delete windows on my HDD if i have Windows on my new SSD?

because when i play games on my SSD i run out of RAM but i didnt run out of RAM when i only had my HDD installed and played the same game

i have 840 gb free space on my ssd so i have no idea why i run out of ram now and not before
i upgraded gpu to a better one too so it plays that game much easier, and that makes it even more confusing that it runs out of ram now when it plays smooth compared to before with like 20 fps on my old gpu

CPU: intel i7- 2600k
GPU: amd r9 390
board: gigabyte ga-z68p-ds3
SSD: samsung evo 850
Windows 7 64 bit

my ram usage was never at 4,1 GB at idle before. my old HDD and old GPU was at 2.3gb idle

is my motherboard outdated? i have a sata 3 ssd plugged into a sata 2 port because i dont have any sata 3

thx man im googling about svchost and i remember i had problem with cpu usage with this program long time ago lol gonna try update with windows update bcus someone said that microsoft have patched this in the optional updates :D

you sended me into the right path thx!
