msi gtx 970 idle temps high

idle temps seems really high at around 60 degrees at idle idk why a couple of days ago it went above 40 degrees i have not changed anything idk why this is all i have done is install a ssd Samsung 850 evo and cloned my data across from my hdd idk what is causing this it seems very high for idle

yeah i know it was not before now its just not moving from 59 degrees i am checking through hw monitor and msi afterburner they both say the same the gpu clock says its at 1113mhz and 3505 clock and its idle right now idk what is going on im worried its idle aswell its at 59 i just played tc the division and it went to 71 at highest which is normal on ultra graphics etc it just went down when i started the divisions but now it is staying at 59 again idle wtf is goin gon lol
