Alright so basically, the case was kicked really hard at the bottom left side of it by someone (Not me) while it was turned on, immediately after the impact the screen went black and the PC turned off. Afterwards the PC no longer posted. (I would turn it on, all fans would spin including those on the GPU, but nothing would output to the display. I have tried replacing the GPU with another one, which didn't work. I have replaced the RAM as well, but those are the only parts I have extra of. I mostly need to know what part I need to replace as it is custom built.
SPECS
-------------------
CPU: AMD FX 8350 8 Core
GPU: ASUS STRIX GTX 750Ti
MOBO:MSI 970 GAMING board AM3+
RAM Doesn't really matter as I have tried two kinds, and I know it isn't an SSD problem. Thanks.

SIDE NOTES
---------------------
I have also tried different monitors and different VGA and HDMI cords, so I'm sure it isn't a problem with either of those.

Solution

Good point, but for all you know when it was kicked something happened in the PSU that damaged hardware, such as the motherboard. Perhaps a large voltage spike on the output, for instance, but I am not sure, just trying to throw possibilities into the air.

It's an off brand 650 watt PSU, I''m unable to get to the PC at the moment but I can't exactly remember what brand it is.

But if it were the power supply, why would all the fans and LED's still function properly?

Oh and what would the heatsink being loose do?

Okay, I'll do that first when I gain access to the PC, should be soon so I can give answers.

Alright I got the PC and I have checked every cable and cord, and they are all connected properly and solid, I also checked the components and everything is in tightly and securely.

I could possibly upload a video to youtube to give more information about the problem.

So you actually physically verified everything is connected properly?

I have given up for now, I'm going to try and buy a new motherboard.

Also, I ended up removing the CPU and GPU and putting them back in and trying again, but there was no difference.
I also switched which PCI slot the GPU was in but that had no positive effect either, thanks you guys for the help but I might come back and make another thread if I buy the new mobo and it doesn't work.

Oh and yeah, I removed all the cables that were connected to anything and re connected them, basically took apart the whole computer and put it back together, but to no avail.

Yeah I'm pretty much going off of what you said about the PSU basically killing the mobo due to a hardware malfunction.
