This is my first build, so forgive me for some newb questions.

Is the 3.5 gHz CPU enough? will it be a bottleneck?

R9 390 vs GeForce 970?

Ethernet or wifi?

Which RAM to use? Same 16 (8x2), i just dont know what brand is best.

Thanks Guys!

It's a nice build! However, I made some changes:

- You need an SSD, there is no way around it.
- Changed the CPU cooler. The CoolerMaster 212 Evo is a fan favorite. Low noise, great performance... and cheaper !
- Changed the hard drive. Western Digital BLACK are better.
- You don't need a Network adapter. Your motherboard already has 2 Ethernet ports, and your internet connection won't be anywhere near fast enough for it to make any difference. Also, it's more complicated to setup that onboard LAN and has less features.
- I wouldn't get that case, but I'm guessing you put it there because you like it so I didn't change it.
- Changed your power supply. A great bargain. 760w, 80+ Platinum... and at that price ! Plus, it's a Corsair.
-...
- Nice build could use an SSD for OS and main programs to speed things up. Samsung 850 EVO 250GB is great.
- Power supply is not so good. Switch to EVGA 650 G2 or if you want Corsair get RM650x.
- i5-6600K will not bottleneck with the R9 390.
- 2x8 memory is good. G.Skill is great quality and performance.

ethernet if you can, any RAM that is DDR4 will work and would suggest 2133 or 2400 (you wont notice a difference), you can overclock that processor to 4+ GHz and won't become a bottleneck for a long time (take this with a grain of salt as we don't know the future), I would take performance over aesthetics personally. With that bugdet we could probably get a fury card or gtx 980.

Gold has nothing to do with quality. It's a measure of how much electricity the PSU has to pull from the wall to convert to 12volt DC. There's plenty of Gold PSU's that are terrible quality and Bronze that are great quality. Gold saves you a few pennies on the electricity bill, that's all. The measure of quality is with the parts its' made with and how well it tests.

I'm an Amd guy but the system does seem solid.
My only thought is the cpu cooler depending on what you are going to use the system for.
If in your budget for about $65 more you could water cool it, seeing how you are most likely to pull the cpu backplate off to put that cooler on.
Your case is big enough to water cool.
I run a corsair h80i gt, with the noctua nf 12 113 cfm 3000rpm fans in my corsair carbide spec 2 case as exhausting and with 100%cpu stress testing temps run 44c with still plenty of pump and fan control to go. The stock cosrair fans that came with the cooler were turn into case fans.
It ran me 99.00.
They are simple to install, and the i behind any model number is the corsair link software. You would have control over pump & fan speeds, plus tells you mem, hdd, cpu temps also system fans speeds.

- Noctua NF-A14 are great case fans. Good choice !
- Changed your GPU manufacturer. I've had only bad experiences with Zotac and Sapphire, and so did my friends. I don't buy from them anymore. Also, Asus' STRIX is just plain better and at a very low premium. There is a good argument to be made about going for a GTX 970 instead. I'd do it myself, but the 390 has 8gb of VRAM and is marginally better overall...

For 100$ more, you have a infinitely better system. I'd get it in a heartbeat! http://pcpartpicker.com/p/yDGJFT

Good luck and good hunting !

Thank You! Would there be any other cases you would suggest that are around the same price point but are better? I was looking for the 200mm front fan... only requirement. Thanks Again!

Thanks for picking me as Best Solution !

You are right, you are limited when it comes to the 200mm front. However I have one you might be interested in.

Any version of the NZXT Phantom 530 would be good. It's a solid case, good airflow, roomy... and good looking ! Available in a wide array of colors.

Good luck !
