asrock z170 extreme 7+ ram problem

hello i have a problem, i am currently using 2x4 sticks of tridentz ram, works just fine, i recently bought another 2 of the same exact kind but motherboard wont boot with the 4 in it, only the 2. any reason why?


i did test the 2 new sticks by its self and yes they work just fine, also bios IS up to date.

so you effectively have 16gb ( @ 2x4gb?)

typically its best to have ram purchased from the same kit, from what ive read. regardless if its the exact same brand.

however it should work though :/
