First time building a gaming PC, would like assistance

Solution
I'm running same AMD 7850k your looking at with a Asus Strix R9 390 8gb and I'm very happy with my rig( Asus Pro a88x mobo, 8gb 2300 mem, 650 psu, cool master evo fan). Get windows 10 not 8, new Direct X will integrate both on board GPU components and standalone GPU. Not fully utilized yet but it's coming. Drop the dvd writer, you really don't need it. If your near a Microcenter you should go to the store, they have great in store only combo deals w CPU n Motherboards. The case prolly has the fans you'll need, so double check that and dump the 2. Go with better memory speed so it's gotten so cheap, like 1866 or 2300. You can prolly get 2 4gb sticks for 40ish w the better speeds. You'll defintley want to add a after market cooler, AMD...

Have you seen the FX series processors? I am running an AMD FX8350and I love it. And maybe spend a bit more on the MB. Check out the older ASUS MB. I would also then be a bit more picky about the RAM, especially if you do find an ASUS MB. Be careful that it is compatible. They have a list to check.

You'll defintley want to add a after market cooler, AMD runs hot! You don't need to go full liquid cooling, a 30ish cool master evo 212 will do just fine, I overclosk my A10 to 4.2ghz and have no heat or crashing probs. Prolly didn't cheapin your setup, but atleast you know your on the right path. AMD does fine, Intel is better, but not so much better that you need to spend the extra money on cpu, then the mobo, momery etc..
