PC freezes when I launch a game

Hi guys, So everytime I launch a game on steam my computer freezes and i manually turned it off by pressing the button. Pls help me I really want to game so bad now. any suggestion?

Here are my specs:
i5 6600k
16gb ram
r9 380 4gb
asus z170-a
antec 1000w

Completely uninstall all the GPU drivers and related programs in 'add/remove programs', restart, clean using DDU, restart, then install the newest Crimson driver.

I appreciate the reply I will do that once i get home. As i remember my gpu driver was up to date. what can be the cause of the problem?

Omg i just did it. its not anymore crashing/freezing. Thank you good sir. I hated the world for 3 days now i have learn to love it now. thank you. i can game now. OH MY GOD!!!!! I love u sir. thank you. I can't thank you enought. ARIGATOU! :D
