Do i update graphics card drivers via usb or internet?

Hi all. I want to know if i need to install my graphics drivers via usb or internet. Im thinking of downloading the latest 364.72 driver but many are saying to do your best to avoid it. Bonus question. Which driver would you recommend? Im using Gtx 970 zotac dual fan. Ty for your time.

Via internet would be easier, but you can download and install from the file saved from a usb. I just updated mine to 364.72, have not noticed any issues whatsoever
