I tried all the possible ways installing and repairing windows through USB boot but the OS is unable to access my hard drive in the laptop. Would someone please help from this situation ..

Well if this is the case, perhaps it would be best to give data recovery software a go. Just don't write or modify anything on that drive, so that you don't damage any possibly recoverable data. Here are a couple of links with some data recovery options for you to try: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1644496/lost-data-recovery.html & http://pcsupport.about.com/od/filerecovery/tp/free-file-recovery-programs.htm
Hey there, raghavaonly.

If you have no data which you need to recover, perhaps it would be best to connect the HDD to a different computer (either externally or internally) and reformat it. After that go ahead and connect it to your laptop and try to install Windows from scratch, to see if that works for you.

Please let me know how it goes.

Why is it a dynamic disk o_O odd. Only need dynamic disk if you do software RAID really.

Yea may want to follow the link Boogieman posted and try to do some file recovery. Hopefully if the MFT is just corrupt you can get most of your stuff back.
