Hey guys, i just upgraded my pc from AMD to INTEL

new rig is
i5 - 6600k
ASROCK h170x1 mobo
CORSAIR VENGEANCE 2*8 GB DDR4 RAMS

MSI GTX 960
CM STORM SCOUT 2 GHOST WHITE cabinet

i need a new cpu cooler as none comes with the processor.. whic should also fit in my cabinet.

please recommend a good cooler under 5k which is available in India..

Indian Rupees are hell more expensive compared to US dollars, so it was pretty hard to find it. Luckily, I used my mathematic skills.

To really cool your CPU, the best bang-for-buck cooler is the big daddy Noctua NH-D14, which is a great cooler for cooling your i5s and i7s. It settles at 4,822 RS, which is $72.97 (roughly rounded) in US dollars.

However in India its priced at 10k i.e. $150.. should i go for cooler master seidon 120 v plus??? its for Rs. 5000 approx..

but i've heard that it's pump makes rattling sound so i am confused... :(

I found the Noctua on Newegg for 4,822 RS...

Well, the Seidon is a low end closed loop, and it isn't the best liquid cooler. You are better off with air cooling. Also the Hyper 212 EVO is a nice reference choice too.

i'll go for hyper evo 212x...

and that noctua was costing high as 4899 was cost but shipping and customs charges were 5000 :D crazy right...
