Hi

I'm in the process of building a new PC with a Radeon R9 380 4gb as my graphics card and an i3-6100 3.7 mhz as my cpu.
I noticed on http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/?gid=2266&graphics=Radeon%20R9%20380
they said that the R9 380 exceeds the minimum requirements but falls short of the recommended for games like Doom4 and The Division.
What I'd like to know is what this means exactly in terms of resolution and fps. Does this mean I can play in 720p, 900p, but not 1080p on low/medium settings? Does this mean since I exceed minimum requirements, I can play above 30 but below 60fps?

I've scoured the Internet and could not find anything about this. Any helps would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

If you play on low settings even in 1080p you will easily push 60fps. Though you might want to get the i3-6100 right now, use the integrated gpu (hd530) which is pretty good for low-end gaming, and wait 1-2 months till next GPUs are released and current prices drop a bit and then consider your options again.

I just realized my idiocy. I'm coming from console gaming so a lot of this is new. I thought min, med, high, ultra was about the resolution but it's really about the details of the game (shadows, texture, etc).
There's such things as low, medium, etc 1080p. Now I understand and now I feel more confident about the minimum/recommended settings.
Thanks I appreciate it
