Want to get everything PERFECT. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JByFwP GAMING MAINLY. NEED THE MONITOR, DECIDED TO GET IT. CAN'T GO OVER 3 grand.

(Trying to make everything but GPUs [going to replace every 1-2 years xD] last for 4-5 years on high settings for the monitor in the build)

Final questions: Nothing about CPU.
Is the cooler good or no? (Adds some air cooling :p)
ASUS Maximus Hero worth it?
16GB or 32Gb of RAM for 4-5 years?
Samsung 980 512GB worth 300$?
Want at least 2TB of drive space.
ONE MSI Geforce 980ti going to last a year or two? (would it be possible to sell it near Christmas time and get a 1080 or better yet, probably out by then, a 1080ti?)
Case good for 4-5 years?
1000W power supply overkill, or needed for upgrading?
Good G-Sync 1440p monitor?

PLEASE ANSWER EVERY QUESTION. PLANNING ON GETTING A FREE 1080/ 1080ti for my B/Day and/or Christmas (pretty close), so will card be good for now?

THANK YOU!

Planning on getting a $250 dollar joystick and throttle (Saitek x-56) when they come out at the end of May.

Solution
The 1080tis won't require more than 850W in sli, most likely, but agreed, stay with 1000W just in case. And yeah it will be okay, no worries. Also I would suggest dropping the 2 WD blues and just get 1x WD Black 2TB. It is only 10$ more expensive, yet a lot faster and takes less space and you can get bigger partitions (skip raid if that is what you were planning on doing).
1000W psu is overkill. The G2 850W is more than enough even for SLI 980Ti. 950 Pro is definitely worth it though 512gb seems a bit too much for just OS and an odd program here and there, maybe some games as well. Ram go for 2x8gb now and add 2x8gb when(if) you need it later. 3400MHz is a pointless and expensive overkill, 2133/2400 is more than enough, you won't notice a difference with faster ram. One 980ti will definitely last a while, you can even crossfire it when prices go down, or sell it at around christmas and get a 1080ti no problems. Maximus hero is not worth it in my eyes, too expensive, other motherboard for $70 less give you the same features.
Good 1440p monitor - ASUS ROG PG278Q -144hz gsync 1440p 27" TN
or if you have money ASUS ROG PG279Q - 144hz (overclockable to stable 165hz) gsync 1440p 27" but IPS (which is good but again comes at a higher price tag).

1. That Cryorig liquid cooler is new...go with the air which is solid and quiet.
2. 16gb is more than enough.
3. M.2 are good but I've read a lot of heat/throttling issues. And the SATA ssd is half the price.
4. Fractal S can hide SSDs and HDDs on backside making it look cleaner inside.
5. PG279Q is IPS. I have it and love it.
6. EVGA has been making some excellently priced PSUs. 850W is enough for SLI..if u want to.
7. Maybe add some LEDs. CaseMod makes some magnetic ones that are cool or NZXT Hue.

UPDATE: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ybGkkL

Based on Gingerbread's suggestion of lower speed RAM (went to 3000, still wanna have three, sorry man xD still only $81), lower OS SDD (256GB instead of 512), lowered from 1000W Platinum + to 850W, upgraded monitor to the PG279Q instead of the PG278Q, didn't change MoBo (I just like the color, TBH), and changed graphics card from MSI 980ti to the EVGA Hybrid 980ti, you know, the liquid cooled one.

Questions now: Is the CPU cooler okay?
Any RECOMMENDED MoBos in place of Hero? (I can deal w/o color scheme, just want suggestions).
256GB M.2 Drive okay for OS?
980ti Hybrid good non reference card for the money?
Good airflow case?, and I need to know for sure, does it come with fans or no?
850W power supply going to give me enough upgrade room if I both replace the 980ti and add another card. Remember, from what I've read, the Pascal's are actually going to take less power xD?
PG279Q- IPS panel good over 278Q?, plan on using monitor for the same 4-5 years.
READ THE QUESTIONS AT THE TOP

KEEP BUDGETING BETWEEN 3000 and 3070. Odd request, I know, but I'm not trying to save money. Fill it up. Don't argue. Just do it. xD

Will make a new thread if people stop responding, reallllly need a new comp xD

QUESTIONS:
Ok, so, as the extra expense really isn't much, even if I don't get that much of a performance increase, I tend to have 6-7 programs open at a time, so don't plan on lowering RAM speed xD. Second, everyone has recommended 950 Pro to me... can you show me an article for its throttling? I really don't care, I just want the best I can get! Also, don't care about noise. Never really have. I want a liquid cooler for my CPU. Please. One requirement I never let go :D. LEDs may be used to fill up price. And will the Fractal S (will get window if so) be able to get upgraded to SLI?

ALSO WOULD LOVE 360mm for CPU if ANYONE KNOWS A GOOD ONE! UPDATE" Only 2 on partpicker: DEEPCOOL Captain 360, or Thermaltake Water 3.0 Riing RGB 36. (ooooooo colors)

Case has 3 included front fans and one rear fan, all you have to worry about is top fans. The new one - FD supports SLI, as far as cooler goes I would get the NZXT Kraken x61, quite a powerful cooler. Even if you have 1000 programs open, ram speed won't matter, it will all come down to CPU speed. The hybrid GPU is too big frankly speaking, you will have a hard time fitting it if you want to get SLI in the future.

Remember, planning on upgrading to two 1080tis, no liquid cooling on those. As long as the case can support one 120mm radiator on a card or two cards, will it be okay? See, Imma go down to 3000 MHz, but keep 1000W supply. Got to keep price at 3K to 3070. Got it on Kraken.
