https://www.komplett.se/product/744292/datorutrustning/paketerbjudande/pc-i-delar-amd/pc-i-delar-amd-fx-6300-radeon-r7-240# I was thinking maybe get this. OR do you guys think i can build it on my own for cheaper ? Sorry if i asked silly questions.
At the moment i am running on MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2012),1,8 GHz Intel Core i5 :( So help me out find a lol machine pls. :)

It's going to not run 1080p at 60+ with max settings. For that price, I doubt anything will, but that depends on how much of that is in VAT. If VAT is on top of that price, you can probably make something better, just use an i3 as your base and a 750ti or better for the gpu.

What is the price in which i can run it in max and 1080 ? like 500 dollar ? I am totally new to pc building and stuff:( Had a mac book air for last 3.5 years.

In dollar, ~650 is enough to play max settings 1080p with stable 60fps. In local prices it might be a bit more. Either way it's much, much less than you paid for that macbook ;)

if you want a cheap rig, i would recommend getting AMD cpu with 4 cores, that will be enough for that game (i've been satisfied with only 2 cores, but that wasnt 1080p), 4GB of ram will do just fine for league of legends, but if you will want to play some other games, grab an optimal variant of 8gb, because 4gb is very easily eaten by other apps. Make sure that motherboard has the correct cpu socket and PCI express 3 port for gpu. The most important part of the computer should be graphics card and, of course, the most expensive. Lets be honest, if you want a gaming pc, choose your gpu wisely and it should not be the cheapest model. Better invest more in graphics than cry later with low fps rates.

From my personal experience, i can say that intel core i3 processors are terrible at gaming (maybe i haven't tested the most recent and powerful options, but i've never heard a positive opinion about gaming with i3). Just grab a cheaper 4 core/4 thread cpu and a decent graphics card (i'd agree with gtx 750ti, if you got extra 50-60$, go for gtx 960 --> it's really worth it), also read some game benchmarks of specific gpu's, that should lead you to a decent gaming pc.

Maybe something like this? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/f3mymG (<-- without accesories, only hardware)
