I posted a thread before but it didnt work out.

Basically, I got a new SSD and did a fresh windows 7 install, I then installed all the drivers with the motherboard disk and the gpu disk. They were successfully installed, however the gpu drivers are out of date and thus almost anything internet related and also normal local videos were blurry, pixelated, stuttering and an eyesore. Games would not start at all as well. I went on the AMD site and looked my GPU up specifically to get the drivers. That did not work. (Shown in images below). I then tried to find the driver files (i.e. not the updater but the update files itself, from another site) and install those. That didnt work either. It is not a hardware issue because I can boot from my old HDD and those drivers work fine. However, I checked and there is no way to get drivers from another drive and put them on another. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Start with installing DirectX. Then maybe Flash. If that doesn't solve it, remove GPU drivers with DDU and get latest from AMDs site for your card. You could also try removing GPU from Device Manager, stop Windows from auto-installing any drivers. Then re-install.

Just to let you know, because it was my fault that I didnt specify earlier, I went on AMD's website (the same one you linked) and got the latest drivers from that. I also removed all my video drivers then tried to install those. The end result was the images I linked.

I tried installing the first two. Didnt work unfortunately. And the step you mentioned after that, I have already done before. I went on the site (after removing the video drivers) and the end result of getting the drivers from the AMD site was the images I posted.

That might be it, Ive reinstalled it a couple of times. However, it is the same disk with the same files of windows 7 that I currently use when I boot from my HDD.

I feel like this could be it. Ive actually applied a windows update, which failed and tried to revert changes but got stuck in that loop of reverting. So I had to reinstall windows. How would I be able to retrieve the .net framework?

Try this,
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.
