HXI 750 will be fine for your system plenty of head room platinum rating If though tou were to crossfire in the future I would step up to the 850hxi
The difference between the hxi is that its plat rating while the rm is gold . The warranty may be longer on the hxi also.
The hxi also works fully with the corsair link software while the rm has partal use of link.
Why not a Cooler Master V850? Just to allow room for if you want to add anything more power hungry in the future. Also, you have to be sure that the PSU you select can handle sudden changes of power draw from the 24-pin P1 power connector to the MOBO because the power delivery system on the M5A99FX will suddenly change how much power it draws very quickly when load changes. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but some power supplies will react to that by revving their fans excessively and just plain being annoying.

That reason is why I love the Cooler Master V series of PSUs.

Nothing wrong with Corsair though, as long as you stay away from their CX series of PSUs.
