Is this a good overclock? 980ti (Strix OC)

That would be a really nice overclock for a 980 Ti and would put that card in the hall of fame, but both Unigine benchmarks often report over the top clock speeds for Nvidia GPU's for some reason and I doubt the GPU clock is actually at 1615Mhz. I would check with GPU-Z.

That's a great overclock, and I could be completely wrong about this, I'm not even sure if you're going to keep this overclock for daily use, or if this isn't one of the most intensive things you're doing with your graphics card, but your frames are pretty high, so if it's daily use, you probably won't need that many FPS
I mean this is my friends overclock he doesn't have a tom's hardware account so I think he uses that clock for daily use. Also he does play hardcore games if your wondering I usually play small indie games and a few games like that so I'd have to ask him for more detail.
As the above members mentioned, he should not rely on Unigines clock speed rating, use Afterburner or Precision to give you the real clock speed hes running. Unigine usually shows a +100 clock speed higher then what it is running. If he is running at 1500Mhz or higher core clock thats a great OC for the 980TI.
