So in regards to the best or higher end intel chips. What would some options to look at be?

Im going to be running things like Skyrim, Black Desert Online, Battlefield, Rainbow Six Siege, League Of Legends, ECT.

Im running a Titan x and i was looking at a i7-6700k, but im curious about other options. Im trying to avoid stuttering and issues as much as possible.

When it comes to gaming you won't see much difference between an i5-6600K and the i7-6700K. Without overclocking, at full single core turbo the difference between them is only 300mhz. If you have other programs that can take advantage of hyperthreading offered by the i7 such as rendering, editing or streaming then it's worth getting. Either CPU is powerful enough to work with any high end video card. The i7-5820K 6-core is the same scenario. You'll have even more unused cores when gaming. The i5 is the go to CPU when it comes to gaming. If you'll be rendering, editing or streaming then the i7 is a good choice. If you won't be using Nvidia Shadowplay the CPU becomes even more important.

If you are considering the i7-6700k I would think about the i7-5820k instead. It's only a little more expensive but it has 6 cores and hyperthreading gives you 12 threads.

The clock speed is a little lower than the 6700k but those extra cores really help with multitasking duties like streaming.

If it was just a gaming PC I would think about the i5-6600k like archaic suggested.

would i see much benefit getting a i7-5930k over a i7-5820k? To clarify yes, im streaming and gaming with a few other small background tasks, on one single PC. I want to avoid a dual pc setup for twitch and youtube stuff.

The main reason to go with a i7-5930k instead of an i7-5820k is if you need more PCIe lanes. I don't think this is usually an issue unless you are looking to run 3 or 4 GPUs in SLI/Crossfire.
