My computer won't boot up after virus I couldn't reinstall windows 7 because it wouldn't boot the disk so I formatted the drive with windows on it with a cable to my dads laptop and I plugged it back in and I can't get any screen past a black screen with A3 at the bottom right screen I tried taking the cmos battery out I tried resetting the bios with the jumper no luck please help me
my motherboard is a msi 970a-G45

You can't do that, it's not reinstalling Windows. You need to do it on your machine. Download proper W7 same as yours was, make a bootable USB or DVD with it and start installation like that.

As has been previously mentioned, you need to create a bootable usb (or dvd) put a win 7 ISO on there same as yours was home, pro etc. you will need to get a copy of your licence code (hoping there is a sticker on your machine somewhere or you will need a new one)
