I cannot move my cartridges into position for changing on Epson CX4600

usually I press the ink button and the cartridges move into position for changing, however for the first time ever they won't budge from the right hand side of the printer, not sure what to do.

Hi Phillip
well I pressed the ink button for a minute and nothing happened, also tried holding it down for shorter periods, but da nada. Any other ideas?
