Cpu is getting hot!

I am using an i3 4150 with msi h81m-e33 mobo (using this pc for almost 6 months), but last few days the cpu is getting very hot, when idle it is 40-45 degree, but when i play flash games or watch 60fps video on youtube the temperature rise up to 95 degree, but when i watch movies/tv shows temperature is 65-70 degree, what should i do? should i buy an after market cpu cooler?

Should have atleast 2 case fans, 3 is even better
You can also pick up an aftermarket cooler for $20-$30 that will also lower temps a lot, 95° under load is not good. Even with 1 case fan
I'd recommend a hyper 212 evo or Cryorig h7. Will make your pc very cool as well as increasing airflow through your case
