Is the Noctua NH-D15 in a HAF XB case a bad idea for a pc that will be moved between 2 rooms often?

I will be getting a Vive and my pc will be moved frequently to the next room to use room scale games. People say not to move computers with big air coolers often because of the strain they put on the motherboard. Is this still an issue for the HAF XB case with a horizontal motherboard? I am primarily using the NH-D15 because of the low noise level and high cooling. It appears to be quieter than all water coolers, so that is why I chose it. I will also be using this computer for recording audio, so I will need to keep the noise level to a minimum.

Solution
If you are careful when carrying the computer around, it won't be a problem, it is only if you are to drop it or alike, then you'll have a problem. Having a horizontal motherboard reduces the issue significantly, as the problem has always been the torque the cooler places on the motherboard when the motherboard is vertical
