Hello, guys my pc is:
MOBO: AsRock 980 DE3/U3S3
FX 8320 3.5 GHz
16 GB Ram DDR3 1600 MHz
PowerColor R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 384bit
SSD Corsair Force LS 60GB
HDD TOSHIBA 500GB
PSU nJoy Titan 600W 80 Plus Bronze
Windows 10 - x64
I have huge fps drops in League of legends from 200 to 70 and even if i V-Sync sometimes in teamfights my FPS drops below 60. In The Culling no matter the graphics even if all on low or all on high my fps is around 40 and i can't get more. Any idea what is happening?

You didn't even list your motherboard so I'll assume that's the problem. All of the 760/780 series AM3+ motherboards are terrible and will throttle your 125w FX8320. Most of the 970 series boards will too.

Agreed. My experience with AMD boards is that the VRMs can't handle the power draw of the FX-8XXX CPUs. I would actually say a 990 chipset is better. I had a 970 board and it barely made it through my 8320 @ 4.2ghz
