The best course of action would be contact Bitspower via their interactive support system and inquire about the waterblock and or the GPU's compatibility between each other. Using EK's Coolingconfigurator though it seems there are a plethora of full cover waterblocks available for adding on your GPU of choice, provided you can find which 100ME rev you're getting since they list two one of which is with PCB Rev 3.

On a side note, the full cover block you inquired about is apparently designed for sue on Asus DCUII or Strix edition cards as per PPC'S site:
Design For ASUS GTX 970 DirectCU II Strix VGA Card.

** Stainless tell in a watercooling loop with copper rads and blocks is a disastrous combination. Read more about it in the watercooling sticky(linked in my sig space).

I'm not sure where I stand on this. My Aquacomputer Aqualis has a stainless steel tube by design in it. I do regular maintenance/cleanings and haven't really seen ill effects from it. It may also be the specific type of stainless they're using. I also use AMS rads and nickel blocks. However, I emailed Aquacomputer themselves about this a few years back and asked this same question, as my Aqualis' original design had a nickel-plated brass tube that was later changed to stainless. They basically said it's not a problem, at least regarding their reservoir. They also said the top plate on their silver blocks are part stainless. I just can't see Aquacomputer or Bitspower like the OP posted making copper/stainless blocks that are going to corrode, especially for how much they cost. Even so, the block the OP has in mind won't fit as mentioned. EK certainly does cater to many non-reference PCBs for GPUs.
