so i am getting a 600W SFX psu because i am stuck with SFX and i am going to use a GTX 980 Ti and a I5-4690K so do i need more power
i need help to know if my psu is enough

What is the brand and model of the SFX PSU?
Also, Are you 100% sure that your 980Ti fits in the case? Generally the form factor that would require an SFX PSU wouldn't really fit that card.

Go with the 650W XFX core eddition (80+ bronze). Why r u stuck with that brand? What country are you from?
The SFX doesn't have to be bad, and if its a decent PSU it could do the gtx 980ti, but I need the model

XFX is a brand. SFX is a form factor.

Ok thanks for posting that, yes the new Corsair SF 600 should have no problem powering a 980Ti. And from the looks of it it should just about fit in that case. The 980ti calls for 600w, and this PSU was made for that kind of setup. Youre good.
