Can increasing ram stops lagging games of integrated graphics card

I have PC and my specs is ram 2 gb, Intel core 2 duo 2.40 ghz, I have seen in dxdiag tool that my graphics card as nvidia geforce 7100/nforce 630ii and 824 mb.I don't know that it is graphics card or integrated graphics. games like GTA 4,sleeping dogs and other games are lagging very much.I have a budget problem so can increasing ram can stop the lagging or I have to do another thing.plese replay fast.thanks for answer.

With 2 gigs of ram it would help, at least to 4. However that pc is no gaming rig........
So a new pc would do you much better :)
Butt I would upgrade to 4 gigs

Considering 2gb of ram is about USD20, and an entry level PCIx graphics card like the Geforce 210 is USD30.....I would leave the RAM and buy a card like that. Even the cheapest one on the market, like the 210 will give you a PHENOMENAL performance boost compared to your current.

Increasing the RAM of an onboard video card will NOT give you a noticeable performance increase in that regard, you will however, notice an entire system increase but not nearly as much as upgrading your Video Card. Do that.

Suggestions : GT620 (USD50) GT210 (USD30) < average price checked on Amazon < Your other option is to find a 2nd hand card, I recommend searching local sellers like gumtree or whatever classifeds you have for the 9800GT as those seem to be a commonly sold card and last forever (I'm recently upgraded mine ;) )
