windows 8 won't boot properly after installing lion skin pack

I installed a lion skin pack for my windows 8 Notebook, but when I restarted the computer, the desktop won't display. All I can do is access the task manager through alt+ctrl+del. How can i restore my system back or uninstall the theme pack?

Have you tried booting into safe mode?
If you can get to the login screen there is a power icon Click it to bring up the options and the hold down SHIFT while you select RESTART
otherwise you will need a rescue/repair disk/flashdrive.
