4K GPU For Streaming

Hi, can anyone recommend a cheap GPU that supports 4k streaming and has a DisplayPort for the connectors. I was looking at this one http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=43_1200_557_559&item_id=075201
however, it does not have displayport. There is also this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127851&cm_re=4k_video_card-_-14-127-851-_-Product
this one has only 1GB, but has display port. (Correction it is not displayport seems like hdmi)

So willing to spend around $50 and will not be doing any gaming, only streaming vids. Also will the 1GB extra help improve the video playback? Thx!

What cpu do you have? If you have a skylake cpu, then buying a gc is a waste of money as you can stream 4k video with the integrated gpu.

Well i wanted to put this card into an older dell precision T3400 with the MB 0TB412 and intel Q9550 cpu.

So i would need a pci 2.0 card that works with the 0TP412 board, streams 4K video and has a displayport for the price range of around $50-60, etc.

Hmm after a little bit of searching, i don't think there is any card with displayport at the price range i was looking, however, can anyone recommend the cheapest gpu that supports 4K and has a display port, but must work with the 0TP412 MB. Thx!

Here's a good deal on a 750ti for 100 bucks, not only will you be able to stream in 4k, but you'll be able to do a lot of gaming as well at 1080p. I have one of these too, EVGA makes a good gc.
