As long as you make sure your RAM is compatible, yes this is a good build. Although I would get an Intel processor and an Nvidia GPU (had trouble with AMD several times, they tend to be noisier and less stable). But that's just me.

I would also recommend getting a better quality power supply. Take a look at a Power Supply Tier List - http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html. You'll see your power supply is Tier 4. I would recommend Tier 1 or Tier 2 but they will cost more.

Some Tier 1 options for you:

XFX 650W XXX Edition 80+ Pro - £75 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B008O50WKG/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1634&creative=19450&creativeASIN=B008O50WKG&linkCode=as2&tag=baseddisco09-21

EVGA 650 W GQ Series ATX - £80 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B017ROH8A6/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1634&creative=19450&creativeASIN=B017ROH8A6&linkCode=as2&tag=baseddisco09-21

Tier 2:

Antec HCG-620M 620W High Current Gamer Modular - £70 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0079Y0EYM/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1634&creative=19450&creativeASIN=B0079Y0EYM&linkCode=as2&tag=baseddisco09-21

I'm sure you could find more, just a quick look around amazon.
