which build should i build for better gaming performance

Solution
the second one simply because the first one has way to slow of a CPU. many games will simply not run with a CPU that slow. the 750ti will out perform the APU slightly when it comes to raw power, but over all in gaming the APU will win.
Although If I may say, neither is really a great build. I would highly recommend saving up more and going for something that will stay competitive for some time.

A 500w PSU is way too close to under powered if you want to add a r9 380 to the build. I suggest what Robert Cook did, save some money up now. Do a ton more research and finally build something that will be useful for 4 or 5 years.
