Yea a 212 evo is always a winner if cash is tight.
I'm not shy on cash. My budget is under $70. Been doing research and was looking at the Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK and bequiet! dark rock pro 3, but on pcpartpicker it says it is incompatible with my case.
