nvidia display driver has stopped responding

Hi i'm using my zotac geforce gtx 660 ti amp edition graphic card for around 2 years now and since the begining i had some problems whit my display driver crashing. When i play battlefield 4 that is happening all the time i get a message that display driver has stopped working i try playing on low or ultry it doesn't lagg it just crash. What should i do can anyone help? Thank you.

My specs:
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 660 Ti AMP 2GB
12Gb RAM
Power: 650W
Intel Core i7 3770 3.4 GHz

Also, watch thermals. Do as Lee-m said first with drivers, then you can use either HWMonitor as you play your games and watch the thermals or you can run a benchmark like Unigine Valley. It will stress your video while displaying the GPU temps. If it is overclocked from the factory, you may have to dial it down to stock 660Ti frequencies

I always have the newest driver. So i tested my GPU with Unigine Valley and as i was expacting it crashed in the proces of testing, so i run it again and here are the resaults.
