What do I need to get better fps on games?

I get quite low fps on games and I would like to get it higher as it is frustrating getting low fps even on the lowest settings. Here is my setup:

EDIT:My graphics card is the: nvidia geforce gt 610 graphics card
 
Solution
You need a better graphics card. The CPU is VERY good, and you have adequate RAM. All you need is a new GPU. But before you go running to the store, tell us what PSU you have first. If you're not sure and can't see a model anywhere on the PSU, it should have at least a sticker on it with a table that shows voltages and amps on it. Check how many amps it is rated at under 12V (not -12V!).

Everything you have is good for gaming, exept the graphics card. I suggest you buy one of the newer series Nvidia, since they use less power then any other cards while they are better & faster.
