You need to use UPnP but that does not always work for some reason. You can make one device be open by putting it in the DMZ but when you run multiple game consoles all wanting to use the same ports there is little you can do to solve that problem. It is not a problem with the router it is a issue with how the games work.

After much trial and error
I disabled upnp, dmz, port forwarding
I made a static ip for each of the Xbox via Mac address then turned upnp back on and for now I have open Nat on both Xbox's with a latency of 8-17
I also setup qos

At first only one box would be open Nat
But both Xbox's had a latency of 190+

Mmmmm... Still having issues, especially when playing online together... Maybe I can setup my DD-WRT router as my secondary and trick the network ?? But still we would be fighting over the same ports....
Upnp is only mapping one port for the second Xbox the first is usually using 2 or more ports
