A multirail design just means that there is more than one group of 12V rails linked to an over current protection. that power supply is garbage, it will pop if you try to get anything close to 400w out of it

you will need a proper true 500w or better unit, tier 1 or 2 from this list:

i dont see it on tier 2 at all, "Power Green GP530AB"

and no it's terrible, it's a HEC made piece of junk

it's actually a "400w" unit, and garbage to boot so it wont even handle that before dying...

NEVER cheap out on the heart of your pc

A new motherboard would be a good choice since you cant overclock with that motherboard (a sandy bridge i5/i7 overclocked is still a beast these days)

Sandy bridge ???????
Why sandy bridge!???
I wanna get Asus z170 pro gaming with i5 6500 CPU and 16GB ram!
With my new gtx 970 should be grate! ;)

Honorable
You have a sandy bridge CPU, He was saying you can't upgrade to an overclockable sandy bridge with that motherboard

So a new CPU and motherboard is a good choice

And 16gb isn't needed for gaming, but is more "future proof"

And you are going to get a new power supply right?

A multirail design just means that there is more than one group of 12V rails linked to an over current protection. In a single-rail design, all 12V wires combined have to utilize a certain amount of current before overcurrent protection kicks in. In a multi-rail design, this is divided up into smaller groups of wires, so one group of wire has to utlize so much current before overcurrent protection kicks in. It is technically safer since one wire realistically can pull a ton of current on it's own and burn up in a single-rail design just because the whole group of wires did not utilize a specific amount of current. Grouping wires into an overcurrent protection is almost like a way to cheat the system, because by law a single wire should not draw more than 240W.

It has nothing to do with PSU quality, though (aside from the minor addition of security). You need to give me some hard evidence that proves your PSU is good, because as it stands, we all consider it a no-name piece of trash.

Also, it's important to note there are countless "multirail" designs that are lies and are actually single-rail; some even have no overcurrent protection, which means it in a sense has no rail.

If you don't know voltage load regulation, line regulation, wire gauge, AC_LOSS to PWR_OK time, under voltage and over voltage trigger point, hold-up time, ripple suppression, noise output, soldering, capacitor quality, ratings of the rectifiers and other components, transient response, transient filter, crossload capabilities, efficiency, protections working properly, fan with good bearing, how can you say "bro my PSU is good"?

May I remind you that even a PSU "works" it can still be drastically deteriorating the lifespan of your hardware.

Bro model it's green GP530AB and its real 530w!!!
I will get a better psu !!
but I only want to use 1-2 mounts !!
Final question : can my PSU handle gtx 970 g1 gaming about 1-2 mounts or not ???
And thank for help :D

We cannot predict the future. We don't even know if this thing will catch fire or not beforehand.

I'm going to stick to my logical answer with that no, it'll probably not only decrease the lifespan of the GTX 970 drastically (and your motherboard and other hardware) but it can also annhilate your hardware.

ALso, define what you mean, in clear and concise terms, by "it's real 530W!!!".
