I cannot move the ink cartridges in order to replace 2 of them and this has never happened before on my Epson CX4600, then I tried to use the CD that came with it and I guess on Windows 10 it just doesn't register, just shows lots of GIF files and says extract on my Documents folder...sigh anyone got any ideas, ??

I think I've solved it, just tried unplugging the machine, removed the cartridges when in position and replaced and tested the new cartridges, everything seems to be working. Guess I won't try to figure out why the CD ROM doesn't work with W10 I presume?
