I'm looking to buy a new graphics card and noticed something.
There is a $35 difference between the 04G-P4-3967-KR and the 04G-P4-1962-KR-STCK1
with the latter being the cheapest.
Is it worth the money or nah?

Solution
The 04G-P4-3967-KR (EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB SSC GAMING ACX 2.0+) has a 8 pin power connector, higher power draw limit (160W compared to the later card, which has 128 watt), has 2 fan for cooling and a backplate. So, the gaming SSC ACX have better overclocking friendly design.

If you are not a very serious overclocker, it is not worth $35.

By the way, the actual name of 04G-P4-1962-KR-STCK1 is EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB SC GAMING. (http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=04G-P4-1962-KR)

You can see what are the difference between all evga 960 on evga website.

Honorable
The 04G-P4-1962 is an ITX card and is slightly lower clocked and consumes less power than the 04G-P4-3967-KR, there won't be much difference in terms of framerate at stock, they're both 4GB similarly clocked GTX 960's, but the 04G-P4-3967-KR has more overclocking potential with better power delivery, an 8-pin PCIe and better cooling.

I am sorry, I am talking about a EVGA GTX 960 4GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+: 1279 MHz base clock and an GTX960 SuperClocked 4GB single fan: 1216 MHz base clock with the latter being the cheapest.
