my problem
so I switch motherboards the other day from a MSI krait Edition z97 to a ASRock z97 OC formula I then proceeded to reinstall Windows and start putting my computer back the way it was when it was time to start playing some games and watching YouTube I noticed how slow it was at first I thought it was because of the network driver so I uninstalled it and tried to fix it failure to fix it made me to reinstall Windows once again I used to have 60 too perfect FPS in games and now I'm having horrible FPS sometimes unplayable and web browsers are hard to load I use Google Chrome downloads are also very slow now I don't know what's going on and i really need help fixing it thanks
