That's in some way better, but in another way not great either I don't think. I'd keep the R9 380 4GB and change the PSU to an EVGA B2/GQ.

The only reason I went with a 960 over an R9 380 is because of extra features honestly. I am aware that the R9 380 performs better, but in prefer Nvidia for shadow play and other features. I just chose it more by habit.
