Hey! Looking to upgrade soon and as always looking to build a rig that will last me a few years at which stage I'll pop in a 2nd GPU.

Any comments or advice would be appreciated.
Rig will be used 80% of the time for gaming, otherwise casual stuff such as browsing etc. Won't be video editing or have many workloads to do on it.
Considered the Asus PG279q for that 144hz but I feel like I'd be sacrificing a much nicer experience outside of games like CSGO for the extra 44hz, still slightly torn though.
