(ModemV1) So I had a modem issue and contacted my ISP. They came out and replaced my old modem with a new one.
(ModemV2) This new modem was configured for a household in MI (according to the tech) which I believe changed something regarding my routers settings. When connecting (directly or through my router) my geolocation for my IP was in MI when I live in OR. So again I contacted my ISP and they gave me another modem.
(ModemV3) Now when connecting directly to this modem, my IP is geolocated in OR but when I connect through my router it changes back to MI. I think modemV2 changed some settings on my router and I have no idea what to do. I called Netgear (the manufacturer) and they refused to help me unless I pay them. Please help.
