DayZ optimization Help

I have a GTX 680 OC Signature 2, AMD-FX6300 3.5ghz, and 16gb of DDR3 Ripjaws
I play on 1920x1080
Any optimization suggestions, guides and tutorials for the most frames you can think of

I didn't look at this, however if you GOOGLE there are lots of guides like this.

In the end though, you might as well just experiment on your own since your CPU + GPU combination is going to differ from other peoples.

Other:
The most important thing is to decide if you want VSYNC OFF (screen tear) or VSYNC ON (no tear). I use a feature called "Adaptive VSYNC" and adjust my settings so I stay above 60FPS about 90% of the time (60Hz monitor).

I prefer VSYNC ON as I hate screen tearing, but don't want to STUTTER when dropping below 60FPS with it on. Thus:

a) VSYNC OFF
b) Tweak game settings so you drop below 60FPS (60Hz monitor) less than...

c) NCP-> Manage 3D settings-> add game-> Adaptive Half VSync-> save.
