New GPU Causing 5 beeps on start

I just got a new GPU (980GTX ti) and PSU (corsair HX850i) and after rigging it up my mobo (ASrock h97) gives me 5 beeps (long?. I tried again with my old GPU (r9 280) and it works.

Originally i thought it was a seating problem but after taking the mobo out of the case im pretty sure its in there well.

Any ideas?

1.Please load BIOS default for try.
2.Please install VGA card to other PCIE slot by turns for try.
3.If possible, please install GTX980 in other system for verify.

If the symptom still exist, please provide motherboard model name to us.
