( Gaming PC ) surge protection enough or not needed?

Solution
Can't hurt but it's only over-voltage spike protection, it won't help in case of voltage fluctuation or under voltage like UPS does. Still advised to unplug it in case of severe electrical storm with nearby flash and thunder.

So like I said I have a good electricity, so that surge protector I choose will be good right?

So it will be good but you still suggest me when there is a storm and/or thunders to turn it off and unplug the PC from the surge protector?

No device of that size can stop hundreds of thousands of volts from getting thru and arc over. Good part of adapters like that is that whole thing and everything connected can be unplugged from the wall. I have seen few computers damaged by nearby lightning strikes including couple of mine. Just turning them off without unplugging from the wall is not good protection.

so what I should do I always use the surge protector that will protect atleast a little bit since my electricity is good but when there is a storm/lightning I should disconnect all the pc and surge protector from the electrial outlet
