New internet service. Now cannot connect to your dhcp server?

My xbox one was always connected via ethernet cable. Untill we switched to NBN. Therefore we needed to have the gateway away from the xbox and resulting in the xbox being on a wireless connection. After setting up the new internet, i try to connect to xbox live and an error message "Cannot connect to your DHCP server" pops up. Nothing seems to be working.

Most likely, the wifi connection is not set up correctly. Temporarily turn off the wifi encryption and then setup a new connection on the xBox. If that works, reestablish the wifi security and reconnect.
