Better tower cooler than Scythe Ninja Mini Rev B for 4690K @4.4GHz?

Hi Folks,
I have a 4690K running currently at 4.2GHz cooled by a Scythe Ninja mini Rev B.
It is running around 74C max during gaming (The Division) but I would like to raise the clocks to 4.4GHz, but it only works with increasing the voltage, and the CPU goes above 80C if I do that.

Can you recommend any better air coolers with similar dimensions to the mini ninja?

I have a B85i Gaming motherboard from MSI, which limits the width of the cooler as the CPU socket is close to the GPU. Max width is 110mm.
Also the height is a limiter as my case is a Thermaltake Suppressor F1, so height limit is 140-145mm.

Would it help if I would replace the 80mm fan to a 92mm on the Ninja?

Thanks for your help!

To be honest, I'm surprised you got 4.2GHz out of your setup and will simply say your case and motherboard are not designed to support this level of overclocking.

Try replacing the fan with the 92mm fan, also you may need to consider adding more fans to your case. You want fans up front and on bottom if possible bringing cool air in and case fans at back and on top if possible to exhaust air out.

One of the smallest high performance CPU Coolers I can think of is the Cryorig H7 but it is 123mm wide and 145mm tall. If you go any smaller then that you're not going to get the cooling performance you need for 4.4GHz.

B85i Gaming is suporting overclock, it has a 4 phase VRM design with heatsinks.

I also forgot to mention that I am running a 200mm intake fan came with the case on 800rpm and two 80mm Arctic F8 Pro PWM's exhausting at the back at 1800rpm when gaming.

Thanks for the recommendation, I will measure if it fits (maybe with removing the backplate from the GPU?)

Which GPU do you have? Typically when you think of overclocking you want a Z series motherboard (Z87, Z97) and 8 VRMs with heat sinks, you also want enough room for large air cooling or a closed loop cooling system. But the reason I said your motherboard doesn't support this level of overclocking was due to the size constraints. The case having only 80mm fans in the back and not supporting 150mm+ high CPU coolers is also a deterrent.

Thats why I said I was surprised.

This mobo also supports overclocking, it can handle 4690K with 4.4.-4.5GHz without any problem.
The only issue is the placing of the CPU socket, it is closer to the PCI slot than on other boards (this is true for all MSI ITX boards until LGA1150)

The fans can also handle the heat, my GPU is an EVGA GTX970 ACX, operating on 74C maximum in this case. Both sides of the case are open, securing fresh air for the fans.

I just want to get the best out of my config, that's why I am looking for the best CPU cooler possible, in this compact size.

Compact water cooler could also be an option, but I want to stay with air till I can.

I found it for 42.95 British Pounds on a European website, that works out to about $60.92 USD here.

After reviewing the technical specifications, materials, size, etc. I'd say its easily worth $60.62 USD for a nicer cooler that is compatible with small Computer cases and/or the tiny mITX motherboards.

Only real down side I see is they are not for sale in the USA.
