WiFi issue with iPad & iPhone

My PC has internet connection & WiFi connection but my iPad & iPhone has no WiFi so cannot connect to internet through both.I am with Telstra/Bigpond, is it something to do with outages again? I did finally download an update on my mob & iPad last night but had not installed the update iOS 9.3.1

The first step is to go to the connection info on the iDevice and tap on "Forget this Network." Then stand right next to the router and reestablish it. You can also try toggling the device wifi off and on to power cycle the wifi radio.
